How did our business idea come about? Strong Arm Investments started out as direct sellers of Sugar, Rice and Wheat. Most of our regular customers ask when would we start selling cement, so two years ago we began to sell cement though the direct seller sources we have. When was our business formed? We have been in business for four years 2004 and close on a average 3 to 4 deals a month. How have we evolved over time? Strong Arm Investments stared with 2 buyers for rice, and now we have over 45 customers for sugar, rice, and portland cement. What you should know as the Buyer for portland cement: We provide portland cement world wide for buyers of all types. Our prices are determinant by the size, length, and destination of cement. The larger the contract, and length better will be the price. We deliver all around the world. Once the buyer, and seller start the process the paperwork should be complete in five business days. That includes the LOI, or ICPO until hard copy of contract is signed. 1. We can not sell other than CIF2. We can not sell to Spain3. Our customers have to produce a LC (specs ahead) 4. We can provide a top PB of 2% over 2, 500 MTs. 5. Send us your desired price with commission included, $2. 00 to be split between seller, and buyer side agents, or as agreed. Payment Option For Sugar, Rice and Cement: Please Make Clearly The Payment Option RequiredA-Transferable, Divisible Fully Funded Revolving Stand-by Letter of Credit (FFRSLC) . This Irrevocable FFRSLC should be valid for 14 Months and 16 days (Based on a 12 Month contract) . Fully Funded = Total Contract Value.
