Sun Beam Tech Industrial Co. Ltd(SBT), is the professional and also the largest zinc oxide and remelted zinc ingot manufacturer in Taiwan. High quality zinc oxide including 99.0%, 99.5%, 99.7% are provided as SBT main products (customized grade of zinc oxide are also provided). Mainly, we use French process, an indirect method and produces zinc oxide via vaporization of metal zinc, it makes the purity of our zinc oxide the highest. SBT supplies to several industries worldwide, mainly in rubber(tires,soles, auto parts) industry, as well as ceramic(flux, glaze), paint(white pigment), coating, electronic(passive component),wax catalyst. Moreover, animal feed industry is also an important market for SBT as SBT is a qualified supplier. For product quality, SBT not only got several international certificates including ISO certificate, ROHS and REACH, but also approved by international tire manufacturers such as GOODYEAR, BRIDGESTONE and MAXXIS. There are many professional inspection equipments STB uses to ensure the quality of product and intents to be a national zinc oxide analysis center. In that case, SBT can not only provide the products but provide the test service for our customers. Pure analysis, metal content analysis, and other tests are made here before every shipment. SBT has a successful market locally and south-Asia market. The monthly capacity of zinc oxide is 2500 tons and 1000 tons for remelted zinc ingot. There are always enough products in stock in case there is a rush need. The sales volume was 50 million US dollars last year, 40% for export for now. Zinc ingot is just enough for local market and for SBT self, only some for export for now. On the other hand, SBT is expanding the factory in couple years, which will increase the monthly capacity about double.
