Our HQ & Fabrication facilities are in Nagpur, India & Marketing, Engineering & Proposals Div. is based in financial capital of India-Mumbai. We serve Energy sector in India. we undertake EPC-LSTK projects for Thermal Power Plants, Oil & Gas-Refineries, Storage Tanks & Process Piping. We are setting-up our offshore office & fabrication facilities in UAE-Abu Dhabi in the month of Octomber 2008 to serve our Middle East clients. We are major supplier of Boiler Pressure parts and equipmnets of Power and Process industry. With regards to process equipments we can supply Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Economizers, Reheaters, Super Heaters, Columns, Reactors fabricated either in India or in UAE. We would also would like to undertake site projects for complete project on LSTK basis for Tank Farms, Cross Country Pipeline, Process Pipeline withnin BL, including Steel structural works. We can also provide PEB-Pre Engineered Building Material structures fabricated and painted from our works in Nagpur, India or UAE and shipped to Egypt ready to be erected. Our major strengths are Procurement Team in Sourcing material in shortest possible time from USA, Europe, Japan, Korea and India. Our other disciplines are also very strong that is Engineering, Project management, manufacturing, Quality systems and most important is our site execution team. Our permanent staff exceed 1200 Engineers and Managers and we have deployed labours more than approximately 10, 000 skilled-semi-skilled at our various sites in India. Our FY 2008 Turnover is US $100 Millions approx. Our domestic Order book position is apporx US $300 Millions for next 2 years in Power Plant projects. We are rapidly expanding our overseas business in India and UAE. Our Sanctioned Financial Limits by our bankers like HSBC, ICICI, UCO Bank, HDFC and ILFS are as followsCash Credit-US $25 Millions, Bank Guarantee-US $75 millions, Letter of Credit-US $25 Millions, Term Loan US $25 Millions. Our existing fabrication facilities is approx. 40, 000 sq. mtrs with all equipments to fabricate 100 MTons vessels constructed upto 80mm thick. pressure vessels of ASTM A 515 / 516 / 537 Gr, SS 304 / 316 / 321, duplex, Excotic material etc. To meet our overseas clients requirements we are constructing new fabrication facilities of 80, 000 Sq. Mtrs. with Lifting capacity of 150 Mtons EOT, all CNC Machines for Cutting, Plate Rolling, SAW, Drilling, Hz. Boring etc with an investment of approx. US $20 Millions. We are IBR approved & our process for ASME Certification for U, U2, U3, R, S, CE-PED & API has already started, Quality Control System is freezed & procedure implementation is already in process.
