Tai&＃39;an Character Polymer Co., Ltd. was established in March 2006, with registered capital of RMB5 million. Our company is committed to the research and development of medication-assisted drug units for treatment of COPD and asthma. Our current products are used as actuators in supporting medicinal aerosol (MDI); as powder spray feeding devices in supporting (DPI) powder, and as sprayers in supporting MDI used for children and infants.Products are produced, assembled and packaged in the extremely clean workshop after being sterilized by ethylene oxide. The gas chromatography is adopted to confirm the amount of residue of epoxy ethane.Purification plant is designed in full accordance with GMP, and has purification facilities for personnel and materials.Dust production rooms are designed with the function of whole ventilation to avoid cross-contamination. Our manufacturing equipment and precision injection molding machines are purchased from Taiwan area, and the molds adopted for production are provided by Suzhou Precision Mold Company. The medical-use polymeric carbon, silicone and polypropylene are purchased from Germany Bayer Co., Ltd. The formulation adopted contains antistatic composition to ensure no drug residues when it is used. Our sample inspection is used to test the raw material. The material can&＃39;t be put into production unless it is in line with the standard. Our production process is enforced in strict accordance with related operating procedures and management protocols to ensure the quality standards.
