Located in Zhejiang Huangyan Economic Development Zone, the Zhengjie Plastic Mould Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in products research, die assemblies manufacture and plastic products, which currently employs more than 100 employees, including more than 20 senior technical personnel. The workshop is provided with 32 manufacturing equipments in total such as various high-precision numerical control millings, electric sparks, wire cutters, and vehicle, milling, grinding and drilling and other die assemblies, and 11 testing and detecting equipments which process of stronger production manufacturing capacity. The Company establishes a quality management system in accordance with ISO/TS16949 requirements, to ensure the manufactured products to 100% meet customer requirements. Our Company will provide strong time, quality and technical support for developing and manufacturing die assemblies based on excellent management level, superior manufacturing equipment of the die assemblies, first-class technology strength and die assembly manufacturing system through promoting excellent design conception of the die assemblies at home and aboard.
