M-PACK MODEL. our plant has TWO 20,000 gls AC tank, the recycling system that originally cost 345,000.00, and the lime-cement silo with all the related equipment according to osha standards. Also we have five (5) cold feed bin silos for added production.The additional AC tank, the five cold feed bin silo, the two 200 ton HMA silos, mean to have the capacity to double the production of the other plant you mentioned. Also the recycling system is a must. The dry admixture system also allow theproducer to make more stable and durable mixes.TECASSA made the asphalt pavement of the Sto Dgo. 27 de Febrero Avenue of six lanes in 1996-7 adding 2% Portland cement to the HMA, and the pavement is in very good working condition after 11 years.
