My client is looking to purchase 3,000 m/t per month of bailed waste plastic, PET quality, for shipment to Haiphong, Vietnam for an initial contract period of five years, with the possibility of extending its terms beyond 2015. In addition, our client also ask that you provide an estimate of the maximum level of PET waste plastic your corporation can offer over the same time period or longer, with each purchase meeting the specifications listed on the following page. Subsequently, please respond with your best price per m/t for each shipment using 40&＃39; containers; the number of m/t each container can accommodate; and the length of time required for the entire process including, preparation for and shipment of the order to reach its port of destination. Also in your response, please include pictures of your end product just prior to shipment. Our client prefers C&F, therefore please include this in your pricing. Payment for each shipment will be made with an LOC at 100%, which would allow your company to receive cash payment for each shipment once our client has received its bill of lading. In addition, my agency The Harvis Organization, works only by commission, which in this instance is a negotiable 15%, based on the overall value of the sale, and which should be forwarded to our office �����ly�����fter your company receives full payment for its shipment.
