It was awarded golden prize at the 3rd international tea convention in Tokyo, Japan, in the year of 2001. The emperor Songhuizong was so pleased by its taste, that since then this tea was pointed to be tribute year after year. The special taste was gifted by the nature. In Tonshi town, the tea plants are given enough moisture by the valley climate, along with plenty of sunshine on the hill slopes and the unique composition of the soil. There&＃39;re several hotsprings and many woods. All these makes its speciality.
