Annatto is a higlyconcentrated water solouble Food additive with a bright colour fromyellow to reddish brown. For use in Meat, Cheese, Milk, Butter,Margarine, Cereals, Cake, Ice-Cream, Ice-Cream-Cones, Snack Foods,Bread Crumbs etc. and also as Smoke Dye for Sausage Skins, Fish andChicken.
