The houses are all three bedroomed three bathroomed, with patios, double glazing and tiling or wood flooring throughout. There are fully fitted kitchens with white goods as well as lounge and bedroom furniture.All the properties have sea views and are situated just two minutes from the local shops and a five minute drive from Calis beach and ten minutes from Fethiye. Dalaman airport is a forty five minute car journey and there are regular flights to the UK throughout the year.We can offer all the properties fully furnished, right down to the cutlery, towels and bedding; so that we take away the worry of preparing the property and you can use your new holiday home from the moment you complete the purchase! Also, we offer a free twelve months maintenance service contract, so that you do not need to worry about your holiday home when you return to the UK.Of course, if you wish, you can purchase your property unfurnished and we would be happy to help you procure your personal choice of fixtures and fittings.All the properties come with their own title deed and relevant clearances.We would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
