Tylers Industry Thailand manufactures the drip tape for agricultural use, especially crops that grow in rows, for example, sugar cane, tapioca, corn, water melon, tomato, strawberry, vegetables etc. The drip tape is the new idea to use the water efficiently and save much cost for initial installation. It is now widely used in many regions, but still many are used to the traditional way of using sprinkler which take time and cost more.The drip tape use mosaic flat emitter inline attached inside the hose (sometimes called "tape" because it is lay-flat). This emitter will slow down the water pressure and slowly drip the water. So basically we are not giving too much water than that the crops can absorb. Our factory uses computerized system to control the manufacturing process, so we can guarantee the spec and quality. Our bursting pressure is 0.3MPa which is much higher than standard, and a bit thicker 0.22-0.23mm so it's not easily torn. We also have the special additives to prolong the usage life of the drip tape especially in the extremely hot region. We use only the virgin PE resin to produce the drip tape.
