The company is to be known as ULVAC Vacuum furnace (Shenyang) Co. Ltd. The company has a capital of $U58 million, 70% provided by ULVAC and 30% by China North Vacuum Technology Co.LTD. The manufacture, sales and post sales service of vacuum furnaces such as vacuum fusion furnace and vacuum heat-treatment furnaces already be conducted at the new plant.
