USDV (Universal Standard Vision Technology Corporation) established in March, 2016 as a machine vision inspection system equipment manufacturers and service providers of production line applications.... USDV team members come from ITRI EOL (Industrial Technology Research Institutes Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories) and specialized in automated optical inspection (AOI) of machine vision technology research and development! We had completed a precision optical measurement system for aerospace & Vehicle fasteners at the time. Responding to escalating quality assurance requirements of Taiwan Fastener Industry but still stay in strengthen first article inspection and final screening seized, the in-process detection is still stuck in the traditional detection methods and unable to added value of the industry. USDV R & D team members then decided to establish this company by ITRI counseling, and soon developed an intelligent 3D fastener measurement system.
