We are a PCB manufacturer - Shenzhen Uniwellcircuits Co., Ltd.(Uniwell for short), Uniwell is a professional PCB manufacturer, specializing in Quick Turn, Prototype, Small Volumes and Lot ***** please kindly let me to introduce our factory to you. Uniwell can produce the PCBs up to 40layers, our products type including high frequency, high TG, high CTI, impendance control, burying and blind holes, rigid-flexible combination, aluminum base, and halogen free, ***** lead time 2 layers 24hours, 4-8 layers-48hours, over 10layers-72hours. Now our products are well accepted both in European and US market, and widely used in communication, network, digital products, industrial control, medical care, aeronautics & defence & military, automobile fields, etc. Our factory has many advanced equipments such as Auto-PTH machine, auto-plating machine, AOI machine, auto-brown oxygen line and etc.We use worldwide known chemical liquid ROHM & HAAS to guarantee the product's quality.And our company has passed the ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, ISO/TS 16949:2009, IPC-A-600G certufucatem, UL certificate(UL Number:E314500) and ROHS certificate. We have three main advantages, the details please seen as follow:*****-Time Delivery:Our delivery is very good, especially for urgent delivery, we have a specially planning team who is mainly responsible for adjusting the production process.And we use wide-known forwarder UPS and DHL for delivering the goods to customer side, which only needs 2 or 3 working days. Our on time can always meet our customers' urgent requirement and help us to win more business. 2. High Quality:We use well know materials, for example, for solder mask and legend oil we use Taiyo form Japan, for thin core and prepreg we use ShengYi, for plating and etching Chemical medicine we use ROHM & HASS form USA, in addition, we also have experienced engineers and perfect quality control ***** SPC system, all of what can assure our products are superior in quality to any other brand available on the market. 3.High Difficulty:We have advanced equipments for producing many high difficulty projects, for example up to 40layers boards, HDI Boards, Impedance Contral boards, Thick Copper Boards(up to 6OZ in both inner and outer layer), semiconductor boards, Blind and buried holes board and etc. We have two plants, one is located in SongGang ShenZhen GuangDong, and the other is located in Waihai Town, Jianghai District, Jiangmen, Guangdong.
