It is being produced on rotor spinning system with state of the art machinery, mainly in 16s to 20/1 ne and supplied to indian market besides exports .Its end use is mainly for socks knitting. We are making efforts to increase our export share initially in basic colours in lieu of further expansion of our capacities .presently we can offer 6/7x40? per month.Giving briefly few technical parameters of the same say for 20s :: it has got around 700 t.p.m., uster level around 10.8-11.5,csp around 1325 +/- 75,total imperfections 360-450,quality knitting waxed.minimum order per colour - 5000 kgwe have got control union certification(global recycle standard).this quality is already picking up demand day by day in china, poland,portugal,morocco,egypt,turkey and other cis countries mainly due to its great price competitivenss with little compromise on quality to meet the requirements of the consumers/consumers in a particular segment.the yarn is soft twisted,recycled ecofriendly,good strength and good evenness.The Company has its own Regenerated Fibre Plants which help in complete quality control of fibre. Blow Room & Carding TC-07 from Truetzschler. Rotor Spinning Machines imported from m/s Elitex Czech Republic. Apart from having modern machines the core competence lies in a tight control on all the production processes.
