Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MAS), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) are all completely applied during the whole process of R&D, production and quality control in order to ensure the top reliability of our products and high capability of company management.We insist on the idea of energy-saving and low power consumption. Products adopt industrial grade materials. Toolings are designed with 3D simulation software, so that we can eliminate the error and failure during the process of tooling creating and product assembly. With the accurate tooling, the housing can be assembled perfectly and swiftly, so our products? capabilities of water and shock resistance are strengthened greatly. We can produce 30000sets of monitors and 40000 sets of camera per month, because our assembly steps are rather simple. OEM and ODM services are also available.
