The processing plant situated at Tharedahalli / Krishnapura Village, right between the commercial centers of Hubli and Bangalore is of international standard with state-of-the art plant having imported machinery for automated critical operation and efficiency. The unit is a fully automated set-up equipped with a dressing facility imported from the Belgium Company Linco. The plant has a dressing capacity of 6000 birds an hour with an equivalent capacity for further cut-ups and automatic deboning. The chicken boneless meat produced from this plant is subjected to various processes such as cutting, grinding, forming, battering, coating, breading, frying, filling, mixing, marination etc. to produce various products to the specifications of the customers. So produced products are frozen or packed in hermitically sealed packs in order to maintain high level of shelf life and maintain various quality parameters.The plant is having inbuilt well equipped laboratory to analyze the samples regularly.Fresh Chilled Chicken / Frozen ChickenWhole ChickenFull broiler chicken, with liver and gizzard pre-packed inside.
