We are a company dealing in Irrigation equipment and Machineries for plantations specifically for Tea plantations for the last 18 years.We deal in a novel product that is SUB SOIL INJECTOR an irrigation equipment which has been widely used to raise and establish various plantation crops .Sub soil irrigation is a necessity in tea plantations as surface irrigation would encourage surface and shallow rooting, which would reduce the longevity of the tea bush during a drought or during rainy season where the bush would tend to get uprooted.To meet the challenge of increasing the survival rate of plants,was when the Sub Soil Injector was invented after a lot of Research and development in the year 1988 and came into commercial production in the year 1990.Since then almost all plantations in India and Sri Lanka have used the Sub Soil injector in their new clearings and infillings and a 100% survival rate has been attained, even during the worst droughts. It has been a big success with horticulturists, agriculturists and Forest officials.We have a factory manufacturing the above product and also are dealers in all plantation equipment and supplies.Sub Soil InjectorThe Sub Soil Injector is an instrument, which is an enlarged version of an medical syringe, operated by foot. It is fed by gravity from a can of water which is carried on the operators back or a vehicle.When one operates the Injector a litre of water is discharged 9 inches below the ground .This enables the roots to absorb the water, resulting in no evaporational loss of water and further deep rooting is encouraged which safe guards the plant in subsequent years. Soluble fertilizers also could be used at a reduced dosage.We also deal in steel.
