The company offers services to foreign companies without a branch in Vietnam. The Company will act under the orders of our customers.1) SOURCING- Sourcing- Manufacture of parts to stock in Vietnam or French company.- Production monitoring, orders- Plant Inspection, Report to the customer2) OFFICE- Translation of documents in French, English, Vietnamese- Drawing Plans with Autocad / Solidworks - Entering data or update of heavy fichiers. Desktop Publishing.- Translation of websites in Vietnamese.3) AFTER-SALES SERVICES- Stock of spare parts for emergency / Tools of technician / Sale documents- A hotline to link the Vietnamese customer to the customer in France.- Expedition of the spare-parts from the Vietnamese�� warehouse, Sales documentation- Collect of the old parts, exchanged under warranty and return to the French customer.- Later,We can send our technician to attende to a training in the French customer plant. He will be able to realize the first level intervention, or list of spare parts.4) BUSINESS TRAVEL ORGANIZATION- Arranging travel for technicians,salers, management,pick them up at the airport, transfer them to the customer plant, hotel ...- Supply office / meeting room with desk, fax, internet ...-Exhibition: Visitor or exhibitor5) SURVEY- Prospecting for potential clients Vietnamese: mailing list with information about each company, product type, size, photos ....- Search of foreign customers for Vietnamese companies.6)MECHANICAL DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND INSTALLING
