Weifang Meicheng Foodstuffs Co., Ltd. established in Aug 1990 is an all-round foodstuffs processing joint venture invested by Shandong Export Bases Development Co., Ltd, Jip Hong international (H.K) ltd, Marubeni Corporation and Katokichi Co., Ltd . The total investment is 9.5 million dollars and the registered capital is 5,578,800 dollars.There are five chicken-breeding farms, four cold ？torage plants, a flour-foodstuffs processing pant, a vegetable processing plant and a foodstuff research institute. All these 12 sections cover an area of 583,000 square meters with the construction area of 161,000 square meters .The chicken-breeding farms have 260,000 breeding chicken with the annual hating capacity of 25 million chicks. The cold-storage plants have a slaughtering capacity of 80,000 birds each day and an annual producing capacity of more than 50,000 tons. The flour-foodstuff plant produces flour foodstuff with pork with an annual capacity of over 4000 tons. The vegetable processing plant produces KIMUCHI and CHUKAYORI products with the annual capacity of over 2000 tons. The innovative animal plant can produce more than 600 tons of foodstuffs for innovative animal per year.
