Our company project construction plan can be divided into two phases.The first phase is 2 million all-steel truck radial tires and the second phase is 12 million high-performance sedan tires. After the two projects completely achieved the production targets, the annual sales revenue of the company will be over 5 billion RMB. In the aspect of production, we have introduced advanced production and testing equipment both from domestic and abroad. At the same time, we have adopted the tire production technique from PERELLI in Italy. In the aspect of management, we have used the ERP system to control the process from material purchase, manufacturing technique to tire marketing and after-sale service, thus realizing the use of modern control system, which is a firm foundation for the company to take steps to the development of collectivization and internationalization.
