Established in 2004, located in Oubei town known as “Pump and valve town of China.” Wenzhou future valve ball co.,ltd professionally design, manufacture and export high precision and high quality balls&seats and other parts for ball valves on Oil, Gas, Power and Nuclear field.With years effort and operation , we have became a well-equipped and well-managed company and gained the good reputation around the world. The main product include: trunnion ball, floating ball, stem ball, T-type/ L-type three-way ball and metal to metal ball ranged from 1/2 inch to 42 inch (DN15~DN1050) from 150LB to 2500LB .The main material include: A105(N), LF2, 410, F6A, 4130, 4140, F304(L), F316(L), 17-4PH, F51, F53, F55, monel, inconel, hastelloy, non-ferrous metals and non-metallic macromolecule material etc.,The main surface treatment include: High hardness, abrasion proof and anti-corrosion material such as electroless nickle plating (ENP), tungsten carbide coating(TC), stellite alloy (STL), chrome plating (Cr), Chromium carbide coating, welding inconel etc., The main inspection&test include: dimension control, material positive identification, NDT (UT,RT,MT,PT), mechanical test, seal test etc.,We have more than 60 sets various kinds of excellent, advanced production equipments and testing facilities. In order to improve the product quality and work efficiency, all CNC machines use FANUC system, a system of stability and flexibility, to ensure the machining accuracy.
