Our company was previously known as Cangwu County Rosin Plant, established in the year of 1985 in China. Our company was restructured into a Sino-foreign joint venture in Dec., 1997. Our registered capital is RMB 70 million (USD$ 10.3 million). We have 320 staff members. In March, 2004, our company was honored as "High & New Technology Enterprise of Guangxi", and has been designated as "teaching and practicing base of Guangxi University and Nanjing Forestry University". In 2006, our company was awarded as "Top 100 Enterprises of Guangxi".Our company has great advantage in geographical location, located in Wuzhou District, the major plantation of pine trees with rich resources of raw gum in China. Annual production capacity of our main products: Gum Rosin - 40,000MT; Turpentine -5,200MT; Food Grade Ester Gum - 8,000MT; Hydrogenated Rosin - 10,000MT; various kinds of Rosin Ester and modified rosin products - 32,000MT,C5,C9,C5/C9 Hydrocarbon resin 20000 tonsTotal annual production capacity is over 80,000 tons.Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification.Our company exports our products to overseas markets, such as Europe, the USA, Japan and South Korea. Our subsidiary - Wuzhou Sun Shine Taiping Forestry & Chemicals Co., Ltd. Of Guangxi was independently invested in by us in Aug., 2007, with assets of RMB38 million. We are capable of producing 20,000MT of Gum Rosin, 2,500MT of Gum Turpentine and 10,000MT of Rosin Ester per year.
