Xiamen Huadaxin Metalwork CO., LTD was established in 1995. It is located at beautiful seaside Xiamen city in China. It is the manufacturer specialized in producing Aluminum Die-Casting, Zinc Die-Casting, designing and making Die-Casting molds. The die casting products are widely use for auto car/motorcycle,LED/lamp heat sink,fitness,home appliances,electronic,medical,furniture etc.Our mold manufacturing capacity are more than 180 units per year and die-casting production capacity about 2500 tons per year.Our products are 70% exported to North America, South America and European markets. To meet various requirements from our customers, according to the drawings or samples or we can design as customers&＃39; idea. Huadaxin have established a complete quality control system from incoming material inspection,production process control, to final product inspection as to the ISO9001:2008 system.Our company covers an area of 12,000 square meters, has 220 staffs, including 28 senior engineers, mainly for die-casting mold design, engineering and technical personnel. We also have 20 QE for process control. The company well-equipped, has introduced a number of high, refined equipments, as the high-speed processing center, wire cutting machine, precision machine spark, large grinding machines, CNC engraving machines and so on. Our die-casting machines range for aluminum alloy from DCC125 to DCC1250 tons, and for zinc alloy from RCC88 to RCC320 tons. For inspection, the company has 3 coordinate measuring machines,Salt fog machine for surface treatment etc. The test equipments and tools used for mold manufacturing , samples testing and products testing. We can do from mould design, mould making, trial mould, die casting, secondary machining ,surface treatment and inspection full procedure in our own factory.Our company regards "reasonable prices, efficient production time and good after-sale service" as our tenet.
