Xiantao Java Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a specialized enterprise in the R & D, production and marketing of plastic products and non-woven fabrics. Our company is located in the beautiful Xiantao of China - the Capital of Non-Woven Products. Our company was founded in 2003, with registered capital of 20 million Yuan and invested capital of 180 million Yuan. There are two hundred staff members and three production bases in our company. Our Pengchang production base has 18 sets of large injection molding machines which all are made by computers with high precision, mainly producing all kinds of plastic containers and plastic parts of automotive lamps. Our production base in the hi-tech industry park has four pp non-woven production lines which are simulating "Reifenhauser" of Germany. It can manufacture about 10000 tons of pp non-woven cloths with the width of 1.6 meters, 2.4 meters and even 3.2 meters and the weight can be 8 grams - 200 grams. The production base of Pengchang Industrial Park has the first SMS production line of spun-bonded composite. The core part of the production line is Hot Rolling Mill which is made by Kuster Textile GmbH in Germany; the melt-blowing mold head is made by ENKA Company in Germany; the exhaust fans are made by Leitz Company in America. This production line meets the standard of "Three Anti" (Anti-Microbial, Anti-Blood, Anti-Alcohol) requested by National Ministry of Health. This production line also has moisture-proof, breathable, waterproof, soft, light, non-toxic and tasteless functions. We can produce non-woven fabrics with various colors and specifications. We can also produce anti-aging, flame retardant and antibacterial non-woven fabrics according to customers&＃39; requirements. These products are widely used in medical, packaging, clothing, decoration, geotextile, construction, water conservancy and environmental protection, agriculture and other industries.
