The factory owns a large production site. The purpose of setting XINLUN HAT CO. Was to expand the market worldwide, and support the other branches of the Tide Group in Los Angeles, and Toronto.The main products of the company are knitted, thermal hats, and straw hats. The thermal hat is what Xinlun specializes in. The thermal hat is foldable, and shape-insisted; moreover, it is ideal for travel because of its strength of flexibility. The primary materials adapted are cotton, wool, mohair, acrylic, Angora, Cashmere, Alpaca and other factory yarn. It is UV protected, anti bacterial, sweat absorbale. The machines used in manufacturing are flat-machines(from the gage of 1.5,3,5,7,10,12), flat and circular jacquard machine. Xinlun has targeted the market of North America, Europe, Australia, Japan and some other countries, and it has established business relationship with a few famous international brands the past few years.
