Jinan Xiujian Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd founded in 1998 is a professional manufacturer of heavy truck gears, axle and chassis system parts. It has been authorised as one of official supplier to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd since 2001. Xiujian Machinery is specilized in manufacturing heavey truck parts for many reputable brands like Mercedes Benz, MAN, Volvo, Misubishi, etc. In 2005, Xiujian was authorized officially as one of BENZ and MAN truck parts suppliers. Since then, Xiujian has been collaborated with many important domestic clients for heavy truck parts supplies such as China National Army and ANKAI and HUALING, which brings very high reputation for Xiujian in domestic indutry. All products provided by Xiujian Machinery are recognized as first tier quanlity products in the industry. This guarantee comes from its high-tech and well designed production center. Most of its machine are imported from Japan (MAZKA) and Korea (KIA). Xiujian has 6 high-tech gear grinding machines, 5 heavy duty forging presses and more than 500 full function CNC lathes. It passed ISO 9001:2000 certification in the year of 2003 and passed ISO/TS 16949:2002 in the year of 2007. The production capability of Xiujian Manufacture is 2 million set of differential gears and 30, 000 sets of differential assembly, reducer assembly and truck bridges assembly.
