We began to mark out our business plan and have earmarked 2009 as theyear we would announce our arrival to the world. - The planning took 4 months (we started our business plan in August 2008, and we launchedour services in January 2009) and we spent countless hours on the drawing board. - We simply cannot afford to fail and we know it is a cut-throat industry to be in. However, weknow with the right attitude, a passion to serve our customers well, we will always havean edge. - We zeroed in on an affiiate program that will reward our clients / affiliates and enable us toreach a bigger audience quickly. - We also ensure that we remain debt free. A percentage of our earnings is being pumped backinto the company to invest and further market ourselves. - We may be new, but we know we will always maintain the high standard of customer serviceand technical support to all our clients. To us, there is not one problem that we cannotresolve. Our clients are the people who made us to what we are today. - We have set a target to achieve 6000 clients by 2010.
