The company is compromised in offering a new concept in ceramictile, using the same process of industrial floors and glazedceramic tiles, ensuring a high level of quality.With advanced technology, the production begins with the loading ofmicrogranulated clay and drought on hydraulic presses of highcompression and after pressing, the tiles follow for automaticdryer to homogenisation of the moisture content.Without any manual contact, the tiles are thenglazed and proceed to the continuous furnace at a temperature above1.100ºC where then is the merger between the clay and the glaze,through the single firing process.Thus the tiles YONAKA acquire the characteristics that add beautywith the quality: low water absorption, low weight, high waterresistance, perfect fit, resistance to cracking, thermal andsalinity variation.
