Company Introduction
Yantai Pingan Offshore Engineering Service Co. Ltd. (Herein after referred as Pingan Offshore) is mainly deal with the multiple comprehensive businesses that covers the various field in the offshore vessel engineering project on its construction, repairing, steel structure fabrication, non-standard mechanical fabrication, engineering service and support, marine material and equipment supply, as well as the international forwarder etc. The Pingan offshore have 300 staff members, more than 25 management personnel specialized in many various professional field, of which six (6) top management personnel, and 17 professional engineer specialized in steel structure, mechanical, electrical, pipeline, and outfitting etc. Moreover there are 220 various professional technical workers joint us which includes the riveters, welders, plumber, electrician, Scaffold worker, painter, insulation workers. In the year of 2006, during FPSO Nanhan Victory upper module repairing project, the Pingan Offshore accomplished diverse modification woks on pipeline, cabin outfitting, scaffolding building, anti-corrosion coating, and insulation etc. In the year of 2007, The Pingan company has designed and manufactured the nonstandard structure of the pile turning and riser pipe clips and other non-standard equipments. In the year of 2008, we subcontracted the YC13-1PLQ living platform modification project and finished all the cabin outfitting modification works located in all four decks, which covers the living cabin, Engine room, electrical control room, office area, and smoke room etc. In the September of 2009, Pingan Offshore offered a strong reliable support to the Bohai Mingzhu Single Point Dismantling Transport Project through providing one 1200 T ASD floating crane, two ASD Tug Boats, one 8000 tons barge and one anchor boat etc. Simultaneously Pingan offshore also subcontracted the mechanical & electrical work, pipline installation work.
