The annual productive capacity for the cast is approximate 150 thousand ton. The various grades and specifications gray iron, nodular iron, cast steel, cast aluminum alloy & cast copper alloy etc. cast parts can be produced. These parts and components are the crankcase and cylinder and head cylinder for engine, the casting parts for automobile; agricultural machinery; construction machinery etc. The maximum casting parts with the cast iron and cast steel quality for the single or small amount can reach 30 ton.It consists of four professional plants and one institute i.e.the cast iron plant, the special cast steel plant, the general cast share company, the nodular iron & cast aluminum alloy plant & the material & technology research institute. It possesses advanced manufacturing process and technology. Smelting : with the combination the cupola furnace and the industry frequency electric furnace. Molding : pneumatic impact, static pressure, extruding pressure, high pressure and shell body molding. Core-making :the cold core, hot core and shell core. Sand processing system program controled. Main products : gray iron; nodular iron; cast steel; cast aluminum alloy etc. quality casting, precision casting parts and all kinds of non-ferrous alloy casting.
