Till 2007 the production capacity of polyvinyl butyral (pvb) interlayer film,architecture glass, has been increased to 5,000 tons annually, among which there are 4,000 tons forautomobile glass and 1,000 tons for architecture glass. We have installed the first part ofproduction line (laminating glass line) and the second part of production line (ultrared heatingglass autoclave).Laminated glass output will more than 4000 square meters per day.Manufacturing plant is designed to achieve the condition of constant humidity, constanttemperature and anti-static adopts advantaged equipments from germany us and canada.The company is currently investing in the 2nd stage of pvb interlayer film production line.
