Our company is a specialized enterprise that produces medicinal hard capsules approved by Pharmaceutical Administration of Zhejiang Province.The equipment and capsule manufacturing technology are imported from TES Company in Canada. In order to ensure the production process under constant temperature, constant humidity and cleaning conditions, the center air conditioners are also imported from the USA. We have established a strict quality guarantee system and a quality control network. All the production areas are built according to GMP standard. Our company has been successfully chosen as "Advanced Company of Foreign Investment" by the Committee of Foreign Economy and Trade of Zhejiang Province. Our company passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification in 2002.About 170 employees are working hard in Dazhi Company. Among them, there are more than 40 engineers and technicians who have primary, secondary and senior technical titles. Major engineers and technicians have been trained in Canada and Indonesia. In order to guarantee the high quality of our products, all the operators must be strictly trained and must obtain the certificate before going to their posts.We can produce 7 different capsules with sizes of 00#, lengthened 00#, 0#, 1#, 2#,3#and 4#, including different colors by using gelatin. We have advanced printing machines. The annul output of capsules is 2500 million pieces. The raw materials and products are tested by our professional technicians according to internal standards. The raw material suppliers are carefully selected. Incoming raw materials are kept in quarantine before cleaning by the quality control laboratory.The high-tech control equipment is used to test quality during manufacturing. To achieve a uniformity of products, capsules&＃39; dimensions, colors and weight are constantly checked.
