ZHEJIANG JINHUA KEDEE INSTRUMENTAL EQUIPMENT CO.LTD is a high-tech medical device entity integrating science, manufacturing and trade, with a registered capital of 3.02 million RMB Yuan.With nearly 30 years of experience manufacturing biological and pathohistological equipment, KEDEE has carried out a number of key provincial-level and city-level scientific and research projects. KEDEE has developed various types of semi-automatic and automatic ultra-thin microtomes, automatic tissue processors, automatic tissue embedding centers, and automatic all-in-one devices combining tissue processing and staining. KEDEE designed and developed a manufacturing line for pathological disposable blades in 2010-2012, and the current yearly production of disposable blades has reached 30 million pieces.KEDEE owns the intellectual property rights for this manufacturing line, and has earned two invention patents, eight utility-model patents and three design patents.ZHEJIANG JINHUA KEDEE INSTRUMENTAL EQUIPMENT CO.LTD is located within the Jinhua Development Zone. The facility covers an area of 11,000 m2 within an elegant environment, with more than 8,000 m2 of standard manufacturing workshop area. The functional zones for administration, research and development, the workshop and warehouse are clearly separated and equipped with water and electricity infrastructure, as well as emergency supply lines; the electricity and water supply perfectly meet the needs of the company.KEDEE has installed multiple sets of five-axis and four-axis processing equipment, and owns a number of swivel head type omni-milling machines, numerically controlled (NC) lathe, and surface-grinding machines, and vacuum magnetron sputtering coating devices, complete sets of grinding lines, double-line heat treatment lines, digital microscopes, high-magnification coating detectors, blade angle measurement instruments, and blade edge dynamometers, dielectric strength testers, and dual-channel oscilloscopes, as well as other measurement devices for quality control.KEDEE has obtained certifications of ISO0001:2000 (for the firm&＃39;s quality system) and ENISO13485-2003/AC.2007 (for the firm&＃39;s medical device quality management systems). Also has CE and FDA certificates. KEDEE has a complete production management organization system, mature operational protocols, standardized operational procedures, and advanced measurement technologies. All employees are qualified through technical testing procedures in place at the factory.KEDEE has established a mature customer service system covering the pre-sell, during-sell and post-sell process. To ensure thorough communication and detailed guidance, we deliver our customer service to the door and/or online for equipment installation, setting, operation and maintenance/repair for domestic customers. If any equipment abnormality is reported, we guarantee that, within 24 hours for in-province customers and 48 hours for out-province customers, our service technicians will arrive in the field and handle the situation in a timely manner. For our international customers, after the establishment of a distribution partnership, we will provide the training for equipment installation, setting, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance/repair inside our company to the technicians sent by the distributors. Afterwards, communication and technical support can be carried out through online video chats or webinars.
