    Baogang Lingzhi Rare Earth Hi-tech Co., Ltd. was founded in April1994.In June 2003, the company became a partially-owned subsidiary ofChina Northern Rare Earth Group (Inner Mongolia Baogang Rare EarthHigh-tech Co., Ltd.) In March 2009, the company carried out shareholding reform and was listed at Tianjin Equity Exchange. In 2012, the company successfully passed the special examination for environmental protection of the rare earth industry conducted by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. At the end of the same year, the company became one of the first enterprises which were permitted to engage in the rare earth business by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.The company now has four factories which cover an area of more than 600 mu. The annual sales revenue is over 1 billion yuan. There are more than 1,000 employees, of whom 35% are technical school graduates or above, and 17% are professional technicians.The company now has a complete set of rare earth production technology of concentraterare earth chlorideextraction separationdeposit and crystallizemetalNd-Fe-B.
