ZIBO THOUNIX INTERNATIONAL CO.,LTD was established in year of 2014 an it is one professional manufacturer of Cold Rolled , Galvanized Steel Coils , Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil & Sheet in China mainland .Zibo Thounix International Co.,Ltd locates in Zibo Economic&Industry Development Zone where is the largest steel products hometown of China . It is 300km far away from Xingang port Tianjin ,Chinaand Qingdao port .At present, our company has three production lines of color steel plate, two aluminum zinc silicon production lines, one sheet metal finishing production line, and one steel color coating production line.We have the capacity of handling 700 thousands tons sheet and 10 thousands tons color steel coating annual production .The PPGI we produced of variety of colors, styles, complete and excellent quality to meet the wide needs of customers at home and abroad.Company has color coating production lines, the design specifications is thickness from 0.10mm to 1.5mm , width from 500mm to 1250mm , the design produce capacity is 200,000 tons/year.Production line advantageThis line uses the entrant-type design, great save floor space.Strip interface used to weld, effective way to avoid breakage.Oven with Korea temperature control equipment, temperature box temperature 3 degrees Celsius or lessTwo sets of fine coated rollers, converted rapidly and supplying timely.
