Forthis reason the oven is superior to a woodoven madeof inox stainless steel, because the refractorymaterial has a greater thermal flywheel and it maintains a longercooking temperature which allows you to cook for a longer periodeven after turning off the fire. It is an ovenready to use, pre-assembled, insulated and finished. It is a lightoven and it can be transported and used in small spaces such asterraces, balconies and small gardens but also in the kitchen ortavern. It consumes a small amount of wood and reaches in a fewminutes the cooking temperature.
