This society was born as of the disquiet of its three partners in creating a company which would represent their lifestyles, commercial principles and every competence that each of them could contribute.That is how they decide to dedicate themselves to the nutrition area, specifically healthy nutrition and high quality gourmet products, for they are part of the new avant - gardism tendencies invading our constantly spreading new markets.Encouraged by the increase of the gourmet product exportation experienced by Chile in the last years, mainly wine, salmon and lately olive oil too, they decide to study the design of a new product such as avocado oil , it's applications and benefits.In the middle of the year 2005 this three professionals started to study the business in addition to contact people related to the area of oils and gourmet products.
