The AZNAR Factory, an effective modern manufacturing facility, includes the following technological elements: * Three Lines of raw materials primary processing of total output 20 ton per hour, and groups of equipment for juice processing and its ultra-filtration. * Line of juice processing and storage in aseptic containers. * Ascending Film evaporator for juice concentrating. * Line of aseptic filling of concentrated juice in large tare of Aseptic Bags type, volume 220 L. * Two Lines of Spreading Capacity in Glass Bottles, volume 1 L, 0.75 L 0.33 L and 0.25 L, pasteurization and packing in cardboard boxes and shrinkable film. * Equipment Kit for Tannin extract production from Pomegranate Skin. * 1100 m2 Cold Storage rooms for concentrated juice at -18°C and fresh fruit at +5°C -2°C * Jam and Confiture Production Sector.The juice brand, 'Grante' was launched by AZNAR and has been successful since launch. With the main juices being Pomegranate and Apple, AZNAR has launched more and more juices, sauces and confitures. Grante juices have been distributed/sold to:Russia, New Zealand, Japan, U.S.A, Germany, Georgia and Canada.Pomegranate juice Grante has been awarded a gold medal «Innovations in the product structure» at the contest «Innovative product Prodexpo 2009».
