BIO hutor Petrovsky is a family enterprise founded in 1997,whosespecialization was initially plant-growing - cultivation of grains,cereals and legumes. Since 2010 we decided do transfer part of theenterprise to ecological farming, thus becoming the first ruralecological enterprise in the Rostov region,Russia.We have eco-friendly products of ou own production from crops grownby us, such as polba(spelt), rye, bare oats, red lentils andgreen lentils. In our plans is to cultivate other useful crops. Forthe production of our clean organic food, we have created a uniquetechnology for growing plants, and subsequent processing. From thecrops we produce cereals and wholegrain flour. And from 2015 weorganized the production of a bread without flour - "Tonus" fromwhole germinated grain grown without chemical fertilizers, withoutpesticides, herbicides and insecticides. In addition to bread wealso produce bio-rusks from rye, spelt and polba, without theaddition of various chemicals, but with the content of fruit, seedsand healthy herbs.To promote our ecologicaly clean products the "BIO hutorPetrvosky" brand was created.
