The Green Tea Food Product Development Institute produces green tea pepper paste, bean paste, noodle, grain syrup, oil-and-honey pastry, rice cake slices, fermented soybean paste products, and other fine foodstuffs made from organic agricultural products. Fine green tea leaves are produced in the Institute's 5000-pyung green tea field. We also make use of the finest Korean beans, sun-dried peppers and Korean wheat, among other carefully selected ingredients, in the traditional method by fermenting them in a mud room and maturing them in hundred-year-old earthenware.
