Dear Sir: I am Salvador Pia, General Manager of “Compañia Andina de Jamon Serrano S.A.”, first Spanish Company of Serrano Ham located in Chile.We made in 2003 a Factory of Raw Ham of 5 millions USD located in Chile (near Santiago de Chile). In Spain we have a factory since 1948 called JAMONES NICOLAU. Our Plant in Chile has been recently habilitated to export Serrano Ham to Korea.
