    Founded in 1978, Comercial de la Patagonia is the Southern Chile's most important home improvement and construction retailer and wholesaler. The company has operations in the two southern regions of Chile, and imports products from Europe, USA, Argentina, Brazil and China. It was born as answer to the home improvement necessities in Magallanes, working firstly with imported products such as lightning, decorative, construction, kitchen and bath, tools, and more. In the 1980's, due to a high demand on construction supplies, Comercial de la Patagonia incorporates Argentinian Cement from one of their leader producers. In the 1990's, we consolidate our presence in the home improvement and construction market opening one retail store in the city of Punta Arenas, and a big wholesale distribution center in Punta Arenas' Zona Franca (Duty Free).OUR PRODUCTSAt Comercial de la Patagonia, we carry top of the line and convenience products. Our store inventory consists of up to 2.000 different kinds of building materials and home improvement supplies.
