Daewoong Chemical which is specialized in the production of the pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates was established in September in 1982 according to the separation of the raw materials synthesis team from Daewoong pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., which is No. 1 ethical pharmaceutical company in Korea.Being the first BGMP approval company in Korea, the factory, located in Hyangnam Industrial complex was equipped with the ultramodern facility that complies to FDA?s cGMP level and it has recently received the certificate of ISO 14001 for the environmental management system standard. Moreover, one of our plants has US FDA approval for Amoxicillin, which authenticates the quality of our products. The latest automatic control system in our facilities leads to the highest quality of products. Our quality control lab is fully responsible for analyzing active raw materials, non-active materials, intermediates and final products equipped with sophisticate instruments such as GC, HPLC, Titro-processor, IR spectrophotometer, Polarimeter, DSC and so on. The largest sterile facilities in Korea produce over 8 MT of APIs for injection per month. Well-organized production line, employees trained aiming to high performance and strict quality control system are leading us to be a high-qualified API manufacturer in the world.
