With an ordinary knife, food sticks to the sides of the blade due to surface tension and action-reaction forces. However, since ISAAC has a 1cm-wide sloping embossed blade, it fundamentally eliminates surface tension. When the blade gets dull, there is no need to forcefully sharpen it on a whetstone or use a motorized or ceramic knife sharpener: just lightly rub it against the rod of a knife sharpener (as long as it is harder than the knife), or the back of a knife with the same solidity, or even the back of stainless steel scissors. The high-quality ISAAC knives feature high hardness and durability, employing sub-zero and ice-hardening treatments. Special heat treatment (hot forging method), with quenching from 1,060 to -80 degrees contributes to their outstanding sharpness and no-stain properties. Also, ISAAC knives employ high-quality raw materials: molybdenum and vanadium steel are added to stainless steel, enhancing sharpness, corrosion resistance and solidity to the highest level (the same quality as a surgical scalpel). ISAAC Dynasty series are for the high-price markets, while ISAAC is for the middle and low price ones. Models come in sets or are sold individually.
