About Us We, the Company, have set our goal to produce the highest quality human hair imitation with the use of natural organic matter and a permanent wave/ curl memory answering on the demand of less expensive and better available high quality human hair in long lengths, whereby perfection, integrity, reliability and continuity is guaranteed. We are proud to be the world leader in the category of producing a human hair out of natural organic matter. We plan to continue to position our products in the forefront of the hair extension and replacement industry by generating maximum consumer and hair assemblers awareness and demand. We will achieve our mission by continuing producing the perfect human hair imitation out of organic matter better than human hair combined with sophisticated manufacturing techniques and the most advance technology available. To date no one has succeeded to produce man made human hair out of natural organic matter similar and the same as the organic matter contained in human hair which is the reason that we are extremely proud with our achievement which will revolutionize the hair industry. This will set a new standard for quality hair, whereby our finished product came out better than we expected. When it comes to overall quality there is no reason not to use/ integrate organic memory hair. One of the big rewards after 10 years of intensive research and development is the extreme positive feedback from the receivers/ users.The Company NOM Coatings SIA (Ltd) (previously known as PHCF SIA) was founded on 31st July 2008. The founder, Director and inventor of the product is R.C. van Rooy of Dutch nationality who holds 51% of the shares of the SIA. The remaining shares are spread out over several venture capital investors. Prior to the founding and setting up of the factory, the main development of the product was done and which was a multi-million project in connection to the development of this man made organic human hair. The Company is located in Latvia which is within The European Union. The total production space is +/- 2.000 sq.m located at Nordic Industrial Park which is considered as an A location for factories. The production mainly concentrates on exports whereby the current capacity is more than 5.000 kg per month which will gradually increase to10.000 kg per month within the next three to five years. NOM Coatings SIA exclusively produces organic memryhair in European, Indian and Chinese qualities and is the only factory world wide who is able to produce a high quality human hair imitation made out of natural organic matter (N.O.M.). Our hair qualities are exported to factories who assemble our organic memryhair into hair extensions, wefts, tails, wigs, braids and toupees etc. NOM Coatings SIA (Ltd) is the holder of the Intellectual Property connected to the invention/ organic memryhair qualities and production technology.
