We started our business as a manufacturer of precision tools in 1993. During our early days, we built up our business through manufacturing toolings and injection molding parts for communication devices like beepers. From mid-1998, we started expanding our business to produce both tooling and injection molding parts for the Star-tac from Motorola Inc. Since then, we have wisely circumnavigated the Asian Financial crisis while expanding our customer base through proactive marketing activities. In addition, we achieved standardization (ex. the introduction of ISO system) across all operational sectors through continuous and bold capital spending while adding to our technologies and human resources. On top of that, we have made unwavering efforts to introduce advance management methods, such as Six Sigma, to further develop our growth potential as a futuristic company. In May 1999, we incorporated and became Shinyoung Precision Co.,Ltd. Through technological reform, facility automation and working process standardization, we have improved productivity. Furthermore, we have been in the forefront of customer satisfaction by substantially improving both our logistics system and shortening the delivery period.
