Since 1874 Stewarts have manufactured pinned products for Microperforation, Hot needle Perforation and Cold needle Perforation and Embossing. Pin densities of up to 2500 Pins per square inch! We can manufacuture new pinned parts, or replicate something that is already existing. We also manufacture pinned products for the Non woven and Textile industries. We offer parts and spares for Fehrer Dref Spinning machines, and other friction spinning machines. We also supply used Dref spinning machinery.Custom pins made from Steel, Stainless or a veriety of other materials. Stewarts manufacture complete turnkey perforation and embossing machinery. We also manufacture pinned rollers and bars for Fibrillation / Fibrillating. On the textile side, we are the OEM manufacturer of pinned rollers for Rieter, Trutzschler and many other OEMS. We offer a complete line of pinned and wire rollers for the Carding, Blowroom and Opening and Fehrer Dref lines of all manufacturers of Equipment.
