Tech world is the leading company which has been manufacturing and exporting a soft gelatin capsule filling machine since 1988. After entering high precision machine part process field and part production field, we developed and exported the first equipment, R1 (3.2rpm, for small size capsule ) in 2003 based on various and rich technical experiences learned by many industries such as automobile, semi-conductor equipment, automation equipment, etc. and developed R2(3.2rpm, for small and large size capsule). In 2007, we succeeded in developing new technology for high speed production in the soft capsule industry and completed to design a high speed soft gelatin capsule filling machine, TW-R2 S (for small and large size capsule), supporting 6~10rpm for the first time in the world. We obtained 5 patents through the process of developing new technology and we are constantly making an effort and R & D for improving quality and raising completion based on excellent technical skills.Also the high speed soft gelatin capsule filling machine which developed for customers’ convenience and efficiency from client view point had a considerable influence on improving sanitation, safety and productivity in the pharmaceutical field and the health supplement food field and this advanced technology has become the short way to lead you and your customers to the success.
