Teradian, Inc., founded in 2001 manufactures optical transceivers ,which of them can transmit up to 80km and support maximum 2.5Gbps data rates. Teradian is developing technology to support low-cost FTTH solutions and Metropolitan Area Networks such as 2.5Gbps modules.Our technical members have wide experience and comprehensive knowledge in the design, manufacturing process, especially laser welding process, which makes productivity doubled in the field of active components.Our products are now available from 155Mbps to 2.5Gbps that are compatible to all the common standard communication protocols, such as SONET, SDH, Gigabit Ethernet and Fiber Channel. The standard products can be accommodated to the major connector types, such as FC, SC, LC.Teradian is developing 10Gbps transceiver for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and SONET OC-192/SDH STM-64 applications and next-generation enterprise networks.
